These google slides explain what a repeating pattern is, what the word core means and what attributes are. It also lists some of the attributes that are used to describe repeating patterns. There are examples of repeating patterns that you and your students can work through together. These slides allow your students to point out the core and tell you the attributes within each pattern. As well, they are able to extend the patterns. Feel free to add in your own bitmoji as well!
