I've taught upper elementary for 22 years and love developing curriculum and activities that bridge the gap between research and theory with practical classroom implementation.

Teaching style

I create engaging yet rigorous lessons that inspire students to think critically and outside the box. I incorporate a variety of teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of my students, as well as find that balance between conceptual understanding and basic skills.
