Here is a hands on activity to support your students with word recognition. This product has at least one word sort activity for units 8-28 in Really Great Reading's program Countdown. The first could word sorts use images, the following word sorts use letters. Students can cut out the words at the bottom or write them on the lines. This product would work great in a center or in small groups.

The three Heart Word taught in the unit, plus three review words are included in the activity.
This product contain surface level comprehension questions for the decodable passages in Really Great Reading's program, Countdown. There are four questions for each passage, which are unit 9-27. Each question has one line for students to write their answer on. This is a great way to extend learning and provide writing practice.

Here are some great open number line worksheets to help your kiddos add and subtract two and three digit numbers. There are four worksheets, four of which have a number line provided and four that do not.
Students will practice measuring in centimeters in various ways. First students will measure objects starting at various points on a ruler. Then students will have to measure straight lines using their own ruler. Finally students will measure a path to find the total distance.

Here is a game to help your students practice fact families. This is the I Have, Who Has game. Cards are dealt out to students until there are no more cards. The student with the first car begins. The other students then have to listen to the half of the fact family that said and look in their cards to see if they have the other half of the fact family on their card. The student with the second half of the fact family gets to keep the two cards.
Here is a great activity to do with your students that covers all of the short vowels. The first sheet is their recording sheet, the second is a sheet of pictures. They have to decide which short vowel sound the picture represents. This can be done alone or as a class. Could work great as a formative assessment on short vowels.
