These cards are great to use each year, especially for those students who are just beginning to learn how to log on to Accelerated Reading. I cut these apart and laminate them so that all the edges are sealed. I then write the information for each student on the cards in Sharpie. Hole punch the cards and pu them on a ring. You can hang them on you computer for students to reference if they need help logging in. At the end of the year I use Goof Off to erase all the info and then I can reuse them
I use this goal chart in my class to encourage my students to reach their AR goals. I have these cards on my walls and I put each student's name on a label. As they reach their goal I move them up alongside the chart. I just use the tacky gum to adhere their names to the wall. That way they are easy to move. You could do special treats for each goal they reach or a final treat/party for those who get 100%.
Labels for names are included in four colors.
I use this behavior chart in my own classroom and it works very well. I try to be very vigilant about moving students up for good behavior. But I unfortunately do have to move students down for bad behavior. You can come up with whatever works for you as far as rewarding and punishing. When other students see someone move up it makes them change their behavior in hopes they get to move up to.
