I have been a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant since 2006. I have worked in Early Education, as well as dabbled in some private work. Concept Sceener
This is a basic concept screener that can be used by SLPs, teachers or parents. It is very simple and it can identify where a child is struggling and which concepts to focus on. This package includes:
1. Animal Cards
2. Block and Cup Cards
3. Concept Flashcards
4. Data Collection Sheet
Use this with multiple children, or test on child periodically to see if they are understanding the concepts you have just taught.

This is a sheet that I use with all of my students on the first session of our therapy. It provides me with information that is based on their own interests. I use the information on these sheets to customize their therapy sessions at later dates.
