This document includes an Inside Out themed welcome banner with Anger, Fear, Disgust, Joy, Sadness, Bing Bong, and Riley. It also has been updated as of 10/13/16 to include the words "Welcome to" with "K", "1st", "2nd", "3rd", and "4th" Grade with a page at the end with all of the characters. Each letter is the size of 1 page. I also slightly changed the color of the "M" in "WELCOME." Thank-you for your interest in my product. This is a fun activity for your students to do in order to remember their multiplication math facts from 0-12. Print and copy these on white paper. Students can make a book out of these after coloring and cutting each page. Then they can staple the pages together on the left hand side. Have fun!

About the store

Experience

I have taught ELL students for 16 years. I am going into my 17th year of teaching this 21/22 school year. I have had experience teaching grades 1st-3rd grade, but mostly 2nd--for 10 years. I am now in my 7th year of teaching 4th grade and I love it!

Teaching style

I have strong classroom management skills. With that being said, I love to joke around with my students while making sure that they are learning and having fun at the same time. I also think that it is important to include the multiple intelligences in your teaching, and to differentiate instruction as needed so that all students are actively engaged and learning.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Not yet :) Although, who really gets recognized in teaching? That would be nice, wouldn't it? No, I'm just kidding. Honestly, the real honor and award in my opinion, is when old students come back to visit you and when students perform well and succeed because of you and your teaching.

My own education history

I received my bachelor's degree in elementary education from Arizona State University in Tempe in 2005. I also have a reading endorsement and an ESL endorsement on my teaching certificate. I have had many professional development opportunities as well, but the one that I have found the most useful thus far is my Thinking Maps training! :)

Additional biographical information

When I'm not teaching, I love to spend time with my family, to read, to watch tv/movies and to go shopping. One of my favorite shows on tv right now is Impractical Jokers. What do you enjoy watching or doing to destress from teaching? I am also a sweets fanatic and I do enjoy my alone time, as rare as that is when I get it. Thank-you for reading my bio and for visiting my store. Have a blessed day!
