Students will use their knowledge of the types of angles formed when parallel lines are cut by transversals to form their own city based on the guidelines in the project. Kids get really creative with this project, and it is awesome to see the final products.
It's proven that students are more engaged when they have something in front of them... at least that's the case in my class. I use these guided notes with my Smart Board presentations. Students are always thankful they do not have to copy down examples. They love that the examples are already printed for them!
Your students will love these! Check out my other guided notes in my TPT store: At Whitfield's End!!!
