14 Data Cards to make graphs. Illustrated answers included. This involved center gets students thinking. Students are given Olympic data, such as scores, to design a different graph. Each card asks for a different type of graph. Each card has a matching answer card with the correct graph so students can see if they are accurate. You can even give students just the graph answer card and ask them questions about the graph as well.

Experience

I have been teaching for over 10 years. I have taught all ages but have spent the majority of my time in upper elementary, grades three through five.

Teaching style

I teach my students to be independent. I give them opportunities to choose learning goals and topics. I like to using games and independent centers to motivate my students to learn. I try to incorporate as much fun and joy into our classroom climate as possible.

I have a Master's in Educational Technology and BA in Elementary Education.

Additional biographical information

I live in sunny, hot Florida. My favorite hobby is lesson planning and creating. I enjoy spending time in my classroom, with my family! Luckily, they enjoy this too.
