Teaching style

While class time may be devoted to lectures, I like to and have implemented student-based learning where the students act as their own teachers to the entire class where they create their own PowerPoints and their own projects that they provide in a discussion-based lesson. My class also involves Jeopardy games and debates to reinforce what was taught and learned during the semester. To enhance student learning and motivation to interact, I have also devised thought-provoking and highly analytical lessons. These lessons are aligned with the IB standards and the AP College Board standards.
