I began my journey as a school counselor so goal focused techniques, a strengths based approach and cognitive behavioral activities come naturally to me. I believe that support and rapport are so important!

I also teach writing at a local university and provide continuing education trainings to other helpers during the year on journaling and bibliotherapy. I enjoy creating resources and my two wonderful children wanted to help me with my store by drawing the pictures used on many of the handouts. Some of my hobbies include reading, writing, baking, volunteering and spending time with my husband, children and friends.
