This rubric is intended to be used to set IEP goals. You can use it to track your students' progress throughout the year. Please use the rubric to set a baseline for your student's stuttering behavior. The rubric assesses the students progress according to the following categories: Severity of Dysfluencies, Frequency of Dysfluencies, Type of dysfluencies, Consistency of dysfluent behavior, Number of associated behaviors, Effects of Communication.
