With over 5 years of school-based experience, I’ve had the privilege of providing speech therapy services to Daycare through Highschool in both traditional and alternative learning settings. I’ve worked with diverse student populations and understand the real-world challenges teachers face in meeting academic goals while keeping learning fun and engaging.

My teaching approach blends creativity with structure. I believe in hands-on, minds-on learning, where students are active participants and critical thinkers. My resources are designed to be practical, flexible, and inclusive, whether you're working with advanced learners or offering scaffolding for those who need it, to help students' engage in creative and fun ways.

While formal awards are always appreciated, my proudest moments come from the small wins, like seeing a struggling student finally master a concept or receiving a heartfelt note from a parent. It is always a wonderful thing to see a student who has worked tirelessly at a goal achieve it.

I hold a degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders. I’m a lifelong learner and continually seek out professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices for Speech/Language Therapy.

Outside of speech therapy, I’m a parent, and proud advocate for inclusive education. I also have a soft spot for the subject of art, creativity has always been at the heart of how I connect with students and design my materials. Nearly all of the resources you'll find in my store feature hand-drawn elements, created by me, rather than digital clipart. I believe there's something uniquely personal and engaging about materials crafted by hand, and it’s my way of adding a bit of warmth and originality to your classroom. I'm honored to be part of your teaching journey—whether you're new to the profession or a seasoned educator.
