Weight Center Activity and Assessment
Have fun weighing and comparing objects with this center activity. There are 2 versions: one asks students to weigh their chosen objects in grams. The other leaves the units open, for use with nonstandard units, like paperclips or bears. The 3-page assessment has an answer key included. Use the first page as a quick check, or print the whole thing for an end of unit assessment! Enjoy!

Teaching style
I am a firm believer in the power of small groups and differentiated instruction. While all students can think critically, they must have a solid grasp of foundational skills before being asked to use higher order cognition. Remediate and master before you challenge!
