This lesson helps students to understand converting repeating decimals into fractions, including difficult decimals such as 2.75333... Included is a two-page lesson sheet with explanations and examples, a sheet of practice problems, and an answer key.
In this activity, students will match graphs with different forms (Slope-Intercept, Point-Slope, Standard) of the equation of the line. This could be done individually or in groups. Students will cut out and paste the graphs and equations onto blank templates. They can then match templates according to parallel, perpendicular, or intersecting. Alternately, you can write or type into the templates one of the missing equations or the graph and have students fill in the rest of the blanks.
Simple multiplication table with perfect squares highlighted, suitable for cutting out and pasting into student notebooks or journals for quick reference. I have used this for students who still struggle with multiplication facts while factoring, finding common denominators, common factors, common multiples, and estimating square roots.
