This is the key. This can be used for other Williams Shakespeare plays such as MacBeth or Romeo and Juliet. I used it before reading Hamlet with special education students.

A&E's video of Salem Witch Trials. These are guided reading questions for during the episode. This would be great to show with the Salem DBQ or if an English class is reading The Crucible. The video does spoil the ending of The Crucible, so you might only want to show a part of the video and watch the end AFTER reading the play.

These are guided reading questions for the Sabrina Teenage Witch episode that involves The Crucible. Sabrina is sent with her classmates on a field trip to Salem, Mass. While there, everyone gets a card saying that they are a townsperson or a witch. Sabrina gets accused of being a witch by Libby from high school which is ironic because it is true.

This was a 25 point assignment. I usually put this on colored paper and cut it into four squares and have either the student grade themselves or have the teacher grade it and attach. These checklists would also be helpful in a computer course regarding formatting or papers.
