Experience

I have experience teaching students in a public school setting and helping them grow academically, creatively, and personally. I work with diverse learners and strive to create a safe, supportive classroom where students feel encouraged to learn, participate, and succeed.

Teaching style

My teaching style is supportive, creative, and student-centered. I focus on building confidence, encouraging participation, and meeting students where they are while helping them grow academically and personally.

Awards & shining teacher moments

I hold a Master of Fine Arts degree and have received multiple teaching excellence awards. Some of my proudest teaching moments come from watching students gain confidence, take creative risks, and realize what they are capable of achieving. My most meaningful teaching moments come from seeing students gain confidence, try something new, and feel proud of their growth. I value the small victories—when a student participates, improves, creates something meaningful, or realizes they are capable of more than they thought.

My own education history
