Basic Transition Resources

I use this material in my Moderate/Severe Special Education Classroom. My students are older (18-22) and need basic educational materials that are age appropriate. That being said, this material should work for any student at any level. This packet includes 1 PowerPoint Presentation that asks students where they like to hang out. Each page of the presentation includes 3 choices: 2 places to hang out and 1 option to opt out. At the end of the presentation there are data collection sheets. What to
