Need to throw sub plan together and want it to look organized for your sub? This is your template. It's editable with places for all the most necessary, basic information your substitute will need. A place for: Teacher name, Date, Computer password, Copy code, times/subjects, directions/activities, beginning and end of day routine, materials for each subject. It is pre-filled for my day, but you can customize to your needs.
