for educators. When used properly, they can:
-Aid a teacher in supplying insight into each student’s lives.
-Provide accountability and great record keeping
-Helps in important decisions like:
• Individualized student goals
• Letters of recommendations
• Future intervention
Create one for each student at the beginning of the year and
keep filling it out as you go with every parent contact!
