About the store

I have been working with students by mentoring and leading for 16 years with a non profit working with kids who have dealt with trauma. I have been teaching for 12 years. I have been a math curriculum leader for 2nd grade and on the Balanced Literacy committee for my school district, written district common assessments and presented Social Studies is Lit for teacher professional development. I have a passion for teaching students as well as teachers. I have taught inclusion, ESL and gifted classes in 2nd, 3rd and 5th grade. For the past two years, I have taught 5th grade ELAR/SS inclusion. I present professional development on integrating ELAR/SS in Texas concepts for 4th and 5th grade. I am starting a new adventure in working towards becoming an Instructional coach!
