This lesson is an interactive lesson on the maximum, minimum, mean, mode, median, and range. It has students filling in fun information about themselves and interviewing others to find out their information. It walks students through a data collection process, a finding the mode, median, maximum, etc. part, and it has students make a graph of the found data. Since this is for 5th grade or above students, students should already know how to make a bar graph (thus that is not included).

This is a worksheet for 4th-6th grade students that includes 8 math work problems allowing students to practice adding and subtracting using decimals.

Students who will access this worksheet should be on a unit working with Place Value. Some items you can be teaching in correlation with this lesson is: -How to use a place value chart -Finding the value of digits in a whole number -How to represent fractions with denominators of 10, 100, or 1,000 as decimals.
