Brian is a special education teacher who specializes in behavior. He has worked with a broad range of students with a broad range of academic, emotional, and cognitive needs and abilities. As a result, he has many skills and abilities that he offers to support students and his peers.
Brian was diagnosed with Non-verbal Learning Disorder (NLD) in the late '90s. When Aspergers was rolled into Autism Spectrum Disorder, so was NLD, which is also a developmental delay. As a result, Brian has a great understanding for students who struggle in learning academically, emotionally, and socially.
