This is a short script I wrote for my school's Veterans' Day Program. A narrator "travels" through five 1st grade classrooms and peeks in to see what they are being taught! I use this easy worksheet after I have had students sort measures of various meters with a group. They get a baggie filled with individual measures of 2, 3, and 4, and they have to put the measure onto the paper plate labeled with the correct meter. I find this gives my higher kids something to do while others are still working.
