Experience

I have been teaching freshman and sophomore English in both lower level and honors classes for twelve years, and I previously taught middle school English for two years. I have also taught adult computer classes and ACT prep classes.

Teaching style

Like many of my students, I enjoy using technology, so interactive games that convey the material are a great way to engage them in the content. I find that my students are always receptive when we “play games” that are companion pieces to the novels we read.
