About the store
I currently have 7 years in the classroom, 4 teaching all subjects, 1 focusing on Math and Science, and 3 additional years in Math, Science, and History! Welcome! Over the past 7 years, I’ve had the absolute privilege of teaching more than 220 incredible students. My experience is broad and deep: I spent 4 years as a self-contained teacher before narrowing my focus to the "Big Three"—Math, Science, and History. I believe that history should be immersive, science should be inquiry-based, and math should be accessible to everyone. All of my resources are tried-and-tested in my own classroom and are designed to meet the Virginia SOLs. Whether you’re looking for test prep or hands-on activities, I’m here to support your 5th-grade journey!

Teaching style

Like any good teacher, I like to use the Hybrid Style (Blended Learning) to reach all my learners! There is a time and a place for all types of teaching, whether it be a PowerPoint to support your lesson, a hands-on science experiment to get those kiddos involved, or collaborative group projects. You will see a mixture of resources like these available! These resources are designed to fit into your classroom however you see fit!

Awards & shining teacher moments

Beyond the classroom, I am honored to serve as Clinical Faculty, training future educators, and as a Lead Mentor for new teachers in my building. I know firsthand the challenges of modern teaching, which is why my resources are designed to be both pedagogically sound and practically "plug-and-play." When you download from my shop, you’re getting materials vetted by a mentor who understands the art and science of teaching.
