Teaching Forensics With Flair!:
I am an former CSI about with nearly 6 years in the field and a Certified Crime Scene Analyst (CCSA) through the IAI who teaches college-level courses in Forensic Investigations/Crime Scene Technology. I have over 300 + hours of CSI related training and a Masters Degree in Forensic Medicine. I run a small business/company called Before The Crypt, and make items geared toward forensic professionals to celebrate the work we do while also being mindful and having tasteful designs that do not mock the individuals served in criminal cases. This shop is to share graphics I have made for the classroom as well as assignment administered that I have done to enrich my students based on my training and experience . I have made it my mission to use my experience to battle the CSI Effect and show CSI hopefuls the real side of this line of work, while also teaching them the crucial responsibilities needed for this job. I am an advocate for students and interns, and will be teaching in classroom on a college level soon. My teaching materials are made to be used digitally or physically to enhance presentations and classrooms alike!
