About the store
I started my career teaching high school math — everything from foundational skills to precalculus — and loved getting to work with such a wide range of learners. I also ran clubs and supported student leaders, which taught me the value of strong relationships and meaningful connection. I saw firsthand how student behavior, mindset, and classroom climate were deeply linked — and that’s what sparked my passion for behavior support and restorative practices.
Now in my third year as a Social Emotional Learning coach, I support students, teachers, and families K–12. I’ve coached in classrooms, led professional development, collaborated with admin teams, and supported individual students through some of their biggest wins and challenges. I love getting to share the tools I’ve developed — and the ones I wish I had sooner — with you here.

Teaching style
I believe we’re all always learning. Growth is messy, nonlinear, and personal — and that’s okay. My style blends practical, research-based tools with a little fun and a lot of empathy. Whether you're a brand-new teacher, a veteran, a parent, or a support staff member, I want you to feel empowered and encouraged as you support student behavior with confidence and care. I’ve been lucky to work with hundreds of educators, families, and students across my district and beyond. I’ve facilitated trainings on restorative practices, trauma-informed strategies, the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Leader in Me, tech integration, compassion resilience, and more. Whether I’m in a classroom, on a Zoom, or in front of a cafeteria full of staff at 7:30 a.m., I love helping people feel just a little more confident in the work they do with kids.

Additional biographical information
I come from a long line of educators — my grandmother owned a childcare center, my aunt a dance studio, and my uncle was a curriculum supervisor. My first students were preschoolers in tutus, and I learned early that positive reinforcement and a little sparkle go a long way.
In college, I became dual certified in music and math, and I’ve loved every twist and turn of my teaching journey since.
In 2023, I became a foster mama to two incredible girls — and wow, they teach me more about behavior, communication, and connection than any textbook ever could.
