This book has two levels. It can be used as Level 1: Exact picture match, or Level 2: by answering the question "What color." and given two choices. I use these books a lot in my life skills and autism classrooms, but they would also be great for daycare, preschool or kindergarten. When this book is laminated and Velcro added, it makes a very sturdy activity. My kids love these books, and I hope yours do too! Check back soon for more adaptive books.

I needed a simple way to assess same and different in my classroom, so I made a simple book. However I noticed that my students didn't stay engaged throughout the activity. So I decided to put different cartoon pictures on the cards and they loved them. I decided to put them up here, because it is not always easy to find super simple resources for my special education classroom. I hope your students enjoy these as much as mine did! THANKS!

These are Word Family Word Wall tag / label / headers. These are used to build a Word Wall with the different word families. They are created using the very cute and popular chalkboard look. These could also be used for a word family game or center. I had a very hard time finding word 'family' word wall tags, so I hope these are as helpful to you as they have been to me. THANKS!
