About the store
A BCBA of nearly a decade. After working for a home-based company for 8 years, as a therapist and BCBA, I transitioned to working in the public school system. Combining the freedom home-based services with the unique constraints of working in a public school has been a whirlwind. My goal is provide curriculum, training materials and assessment tools that are easy to work with in any setting you may be in, all of which are created with the intent of keeping my values in line with why I became a BCBA in the first place. With extensive experience with SBT and trauma informed care for students with autism and other developmental disabilities, I hope bring a new outlook and refresh to BCBAs who are looking to make their journey simplified.

Experience

Teaching style

As a BCBA, all materials that are found on this page encompass behavior analytic standards including strong stimulus control for early learners, the ability to fade and loosen control for generalized teaching. Here, you'll also find tips and tricks for utilizing materials for multiple programs, various prompting strategies, and opportunities for training.

My own education history

B.A in Psychology: Dominican College M.A Mental Health Counseling: Montclair State University BCBA certification: Florida Institute of Technology After completing an internship for my Masters Degree in a mental health facility which serviced children and adults on the autism spectrum, not knowing if what I was doing was effective, my mentor suggested I look into applied behavior analysis- a data driven science that encompassed all of what I've been looking to accomplish in my career goals. After graduating with my M.A in Mental Health Counseling, I moved across the country from New Jersey to Arizona to accept a job as a behavior therapist in an ABA program and begin my schooling journey to become a BCBA. Life took me back to New Jersey and I was able to finish my BCBA supervision hours with an amazing home-based private ABA company. Once a BCBA, my company allowed me to spread my wings and delve into trauma informed care, ACT, and some newer (at the time) assessments, such as PEAK. I'm forever grateful to have had this opportunity and now I'm taking the skills I've acquired in home, and bringing them into the public school system.
