Print out the document. label the 10 big heart 1-10. You can also label the cards on the back with the number for children who are still learning to identify the number and not quite ready for matching number to set. Laminate all small hearts and glue them onto clothes pin and clip onto the card with the matching set of the number.

-Print out document in color. -Laminate hearts after you cut out. -Cut each heart out using Zigzag line. -Write uppercase letter on left side of the matching heart puzzle piece. -Write lowercase letter on the right side of the matching heart puzzle piece.

You can match the word to the correct color in the sentence. You can also have the child match the black letter word for identifying the color at a higher level.
