Behavior Teacher

Use this sheet to record how much instructional time a student misses out on due to tantruming/refusal/inappropriate behavior. There is space to write the START time and END time of how long the behavior lasts. You can customize it yourself, specific to your student (or message me and I can customize for you, if you're not tech savvy (o:). A simple sign out sheet for keeping track of laptops.

Use this sheet to record how much time a student spends on-task. Space to write the activity, and to mark on-task/not on-task each minute. Arranged into 4-fifteen minute observation periods. I use this once a day, when I want to show how attentive (or inattentive) a student is.

Customizable for hanging on the wall. I use it (or the students use it, rather), to indicate where everyone is. Some teachers also use it as an attendance tracker, with each student name on it and clothespins.
