I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with experience developing and leading behavior programs in crisis stabilization programs, intensive treatment residences, and public schools both general education, inclusion & substantially separate school classrooms. My focus has always been on what works in practice — strategies that are effective, sustainable, and usable by real teams. That’s why the resources I create are rooted in application. They’re practical, trauma-informed, and designed to be implemented across classrooms, homes, and treatment settings.
