I have very high expectations for my students' achievement and behavior. I like to think of myself as their coach in their mathematical endeavors, and I expect 100% effort 100% of the time with 0 excuses. If that isn't happening, we work together to find a way to make it happen the best that we can!
I teach many classes using an in-class flip. Each individual day is self-paced for each student, and they are taught how to read and apply directions to lead their pacing. This is important this year so that students are prepared in case of any eLearning situations that may arise!
