Students with autism often struggle to communicate needs, wants, and emotions. Particularly, however, students with ASD often struggle to communicate pains and fevers. Therefore, to assist students with ASD to communicate sicknesses while at school and to reduce tantruming, this social story will help students with ASD to identify sicknesses and to practice necessary procedures for communicating those sicknesses to the teacher.
