Student Back to School questionaire, "All About Me", for Grades K-2nd. Survey helps teacher get to know their students better in order to tailor lessons to their interests and build a relationship with the students. Students can draw pictures or write words depending on their academic ability. Questionnaire can be administered by a teacher in a classroom setting, or tutoring 1:1.

This keeps student accountable and helping the teacher know how they are performing on their reading comprehension. The first line of the log sheet is filled out with an example student.

This PDF is to be printed out, cut, laminated, and displayed on the classroom wall in number order from 5 points to 100 points. I put taped them together going down vertically. At the beginning of the year tell students that they will be keeping track of their AR quiz points on this chart with sticky notes/clothes pins. This is an incentive for students to read and take more AR quizzes. They are working towards building their own ice cream sundaes for the end of the year party.

This is a 5 Senses Nature Journal template to print out for students to take an journal during a nature hike. It is in the format to be printed horizontal (I recommend cardstock paper) and folded like a "hamburger" style, and stapled on the left seam to create a journal. Students then can draw or tape items from nature into their journals on the corresponding pages.

I created this Professions Scavenger Hunt to celebrate labor day, but can be used for a unit about jobs and professions in general or to discuss community helpers. Good for grades 1st-3rd. This is a digital print. Cut out the cards and hide around for kids to find and match profession to description.
