Use it over and over again by just changing the fact on the poster. Every time your students leave the classroom, they give the poster a ‘high-five’ and say the fact on the hand and the answer. This is an individual student progress checklist for 4th grade common core math standards. It lists an abbreviated version of each of the math standards with spaces for filling in three separate summative assessments. (I intend to include the date, score, and standards based grading letter.) If is designed to be used one page per student. The Excel version is editable. This is the first year I have used this form, so I would welcome suggestions for improving it.
