Experience

I have taught in various schools in both New York and Florida. I have taught 5th grade, 6th grade, and 8th grade. Teaching style

I am a huge fan of offering colorful materials for my students, color-coding, and giving different ways for students to interact with content and material. We do guided class notes, group work and projects, and play escape rooms. I always have students keep important reading materials and notes, so when we complete classroom activities, they have their resources available to them.

Additional biographical information

I am a teacher and a brand new mom, looking to help simplify materials and resources for other teachers. I know first hand that there is never one curriculum system that has everything a teacher or students need. Supplemental materials are always helpful for a more comprehensive curriculum, for struggling students, or students who need enrichment. ALL materials I post here are materials I either currently use in my own classroom, or have used in the past. I hope some of the materials I have to offer can help you in your educational journey!
