About the store
I have experience working as a resource teacher at an amazing charter school in St. Louis. Previously I have worked as a 3rd grade teacher in a K-5 building. Before that I worked in a 2nd grade classroom and have spent time working K-5 while earning my Masters degree in Elementary Education. I have worked with students with Autism one on one providing ABA therapy.

Positve Behavior goal sheet
Use this sheet to reinforce positive behavior in the classroom. Together student and teacher come up with a positive behavior goal. Each time the goal is reached the student receives a tally mark. The note goes home each day fro parent initials. At the end of the week the tallies are added and the student is rewarded if an agreed upon amount is met.

Teaching style
I believe that as a teacher I am to facilitate a love of learning in my students as well as enthusiasm for the subject matter. As a facilitator i like to to focus on activities. This teaching style emphasizes student-centered learning and there is much more responsibility placed on the students. I like activities and lessons which necessitate active learning, student-to-student collaboration and problem solving. I also Like to serve as a model for my students both academically and though Character Education.
