My teaching style is rooted in engagement, differentiation, and accessibility. I believe all students can succeed when instruction is meaningful, inclusive, and connected to their world. In my classroom, lessons are hands-on, inquiry-driven, and supported with multiple entry points so every learner; from advanced students to those needing additional scaffolding. The goal is to allow everyone that can, can participate and thrive.
I integrate visuals, manipulatives, and real-world applications to bring abstract concepts to life, and I prioritize academic language development through structured writing, vocabulary practice, and discussion. Collaboration is at the heart of my approach- students learn not only from me but from each other through group projects, peer feedback, and interactive activities.
Whether preparing students for IB exams, Regents assessments, or building foundational science skills, I aim to create a space where curiosity is encouraged, mistakes are seen as part of learning, and every student feels valued.
TLDR: I create engaging, hands-on science lessons that make complex concepts clear and accessible for all learners. My resources are differentiated, visually rich, and student-friendly, with built-in supports for diverse learning needs. Every activity is designed to spark curiosity, encourage collaboration, and build both content knowledge and academic skills — so every student can feel confident and successful.
