Bits and Bites

I've taught first, second, and third grades in the public school system and understand the enormous demands teachers face each day. After achieving National Board Certification, I began researching ways to increase student engagement while lessening work-stress demands and teacher burnout. I love to find efficient and effective ways to help teachers cope. I am using more goals-related tasks and self-assessments in my classroom with promising results.
