Teaching style

I encourage and employ facilitated learning, where the students are encouraged to take proactive roles in their learning process. Using this style, I provide information using multiple strategies and resources as needed. During this process, I use motivational and empowerment methods to help students set their own objectives and be responsible for learning assessment. My goal is to stimulate students to become lifelong learners with the skills and desire to integrate information imparted into their lives.
