Students can use this easy one-pager to take notes during student conferences with their teacher. I use these in bi-weekly student check-in meetings where I discuss assignments, work progress, and academic goals with students. These worksheets help students take ownership of their learning and progress in the classroom! These would be perfect for upper elementary-high school. I currently use these with my 9th grade students!
