I created this product to help my teachers have an easy-to-use form to keep track of RTI students and interventions. In this file you receive: - an initial planning form - an intervention review form - progress monitoring form - parent contact log - form to plan upcoming RTI meetings These forms can be printed and kept in a data notebook or binder so you'll be prepared for all your meetings and interventions. This could also be used for HB4545 in addition to RTI!

The first page of this activity set contains a notes page to be used during instruction as well as an activity page to be used with any text. This product can be used on a digital platform like Google Classroom or printed. There's an answer key and rubric included as well. This product would be great as an intro to a tone and mood unit as well as a summative activity. It's open-ended which means it can be used for a variety of grade levels as well as with any text.
