Hello! I have been an educator for 8 years just outside Baltimore, Maryland. I taught fourth grade and fifth grade as a classroom teacher; with experience teaching both special education students and GT students in those grades. I then transferred schools right down the street and took on the role of a Title 1 teacher while the school was targeted Title 1. I taught first grade envision math, first grade reading, first grade word work (Fundations), fifth grade reading, and a fourth grade reading intervention. These were taught whole group, co-teaching, and small group. The next few years after that, my title changed to a Title 1 Resource teacher where I focused on reading and word work. I taught first grade reading, fourth grade reading and word work, and a fourth grade reading intervention. I am about to relocate to Columbus, OH where I will continue my teaching career!
