After your field experience each semester you are in the classroom, have your students write you a letter of recommendation. When you graduate, you will have about a hundred student opinions about you! You could always prompt your students by asking them what was their favorite activity they did with you, something fun that you did together, etc. This could also be incorporated into a writing activity in the classroom! These letters are sure to be sentimental for years to come!!
