I've taught everything from foundational phonics in kindergarten to upper elementary reading comprehension and math, always aligning to state standards like TN Ready, Common Core, and TEKS. My resources are designed to be engaging, effective, and easy to use—whether you're a classroom teacher, tutor, or homeschool parent. Teaching style

My teaching style is rooted in the belief that every student is capable of success when given the right tools and encouragement. I strive to make learning fun, engaging, and creative—because I know that it doesn't look the same for every child. I design resources that allow for flexibility and individual expression, recognizing that learning isn’t rigid or one-size-fits-all. My goal is to inspire confidence and curiosity in every learner.

Awards & shining teacher moments

Some of my proudest moments as an educator include being named Teacher of the Year, presenting at professional conferences, and serving in leadership roles that support both students and fellow educators. But my favorite moments will always be when a student lights up—when learning clicks and they’re genuinely enjoying the process. That’s when I know I’m doing what I was meant to do.
