This is the 2nd assignment I have students to attempt in the Introduction to Java unit. The concepts being taught are for the students to print out a rectangle using whatever shape they choose to draw the rectangle with.
The Poem assignment is usually the first program I have students attempt. The program has students apply the concepts of multi-line comments in code, escape sequences, and formatting outputs.
