The student earns 1 point if they accomplished the wanted behavior and a 0 if they did not accomplish the goal. I also included a page for anecdotal records. I loved this behavior chart because it was easy to manage and if you save it electronically then you can email it daily to the parents.

Skip Count by 5 Card Game is a fun way to practice skip counting. The player who gets rid of all their cards first wins. Set up: copy on cardstock, laminate, cut up all of the cards, pass out all the cards, and put the yellow board in the center. A player that has a 5 can put their card down, then whoever has a 10 can put it down next, and so on... After they get to 50, they start back over at 5.
