This bulletin board is designed to give students ideas of things you wish you knew in middle school that you stressed over for no reason.  I was in middle school in the 90s so the photos I included are things I used or had.  Feel free to add your own photos that match you.  I also included photos of me from middle school so students can see what I looked like then.

Use these social emotional task cards/ google slides to discuss real life struggles pre-teens and teenagers face in middle and high school. Each card has a real life struggle students face and ask them how to handle it. There are also worksheets at the end that can be used for students to record their thoughts. These can be used individually, in small group, as class discussions, or just as conversation starters.
