This activity focuses on students exploring the use of alternative energies such as biofuels, solar energy, wind energy, biothermal energy, and hydropower. Students will be asked to present their understanding of alternative energies to their peers via a Google Earth tour. Teaching style
I approach all of my teaching these days with the question, "How can technology be a container for learning an objective?" I have witnessed dramatically how even the simplest of technologies can transform a lesson from something that turns students off to something that improves attendance and engagement. It even makes me want to be there more!

I am the husband of a treasure of a wife, and the father of 6 amazing children. I have been an elementary teacher, a middle school teacher, and I am currently astounded by the fact that I am being paid to teach with technology.
